The Lancashire Wildlife Trust are the lead partner in processing your data and will be the ‘data controller’ for the project and is committed to protecting your privacy. It is very important to us and we respect anyone's concerns about maintaining it. This statement tells you how and why we use your information.
The Carbon Landscape Data Protection Promise
We will not sell your details to third parties. We will only share your personal details partners of the Carbon Landscape Partnership and will adhere to our strict data protection policies in order to keep your information safe. They are only permitted to use your data for the purposes we set out, and your data is permanently deleted by them afterwards. Any funders of the project will only receive anonymous data.

All of the personal information that you have provided is kept private and only shared with partners if it is required in a work related capacity. We use the information the you have provided as a means to contact you, to facilitate your working capacity and to enable us to provide working relationships and opportunities with all of the partners of the Carbon Landscape Partnership. We store all personal and sensitive data in a secured manor, paperwork is kept in a locked cabinet that can only be accessed by a member of staff and all digital records are password protected. Any records to be removed are physically shredded and securely disposed of or permanently deleted from our digital filing system.
